We authorize AFC International, LLC. through its Licensed Officers and Specifically Authorized Employees to conduct Customs Business in the form of paid customs consulting on our behalf. Services may include tariff classification and associated rates of duty, customs duty and trade programs, country of origin marking, valuation, and other advice deemed customs business by Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
The information AFC International, LLC provides in its consulting capacity is not binding on Customs and Border Protection or any other government agency. Further, AFC International, LLC, including its owners, officers, affiliates and employees shall in no way be liable to Grantor with respect to any consulting services provided related to Customs Business.
By signing this form, the signatory certifies that he/she has full authority to execute this Power of Attorney on behalf of the Grantor and understands the limitations of our consulting service.
